E*Doc Licensing

E*Doc is sold on a per server/processor Licensing Fee.
License includes free installation, configuration, and
training for at least 4 man-days.This is typically allows
plenty of time for setup and often provides enough time
for data migration

The annual maintenance fee for the software license is equal
to 15% of the original purchase price.
This maintenance fee covers the cost of upgrades,
general staff support and ordinary help over the phone.
Free upgrades include all bug fixes and new features.
